Are your facilities licensed? Yes, each Regency Park facility is licensed and accredited by the California Department of Social Services. What kind of lifestyle can I expect at Regency Park? Is the rent for my apartment on a month-to-month basis or on a long-term lease? Regency Park apartments are leased on a month-to-month basis.
